Physical Description:     A bright face surrounds two eager, hazel eyes.  A ray of golden fluff takes up the foreground of his mane, while the rest is a sleek, glossy black color.  Mungai's fringe (extra mane growth on the belly of Asiatic lions) extends only to behind his shoulders.  His pelt is smokey-brown in color, becoming lighter toward the extremities.  As an Asiatic lion, Mungai is smaller than many of the big cats; but his well-chiseled muscles warn potential threats that he packs quite the punch.

Personality:     Large and youthful, Mungai boasts the energy - and often personality - of a young cub.  Generally good-natured, Mungai is not known for being hotheaded or argumentative.  Though he may seem mature in many aspects including hunting, leading, and fighting, Mungai never passes up an opportunity to let out the inner cub.  Rational thinking is not always his strong suit.  As a sociable creature, this lion does not fare well alone.  Instead, he enjoys the companies of other cats; though more rigid or introverted animals may not appreciate his company.

History:     Mungai's story in many aspects is a familiar one: born into a small pride, he was banished alongside his brother at a young age and traveled bachelor-style until The Firestorm.  During their escape from The Firestorm, Mungai and his brother Domion were separated.  Mungai was able to reach Firenzi, but has not seen nor heard from his brother since.  Domion's absence has made a huge impact on Mungai, and the young male chooses to hold out hope that his brother was able to survive somehow, somewhere...

Family:     Only pertinent family is Domion, Mungai's brother and littermate.
